Galactic Express
Galactic Express is an ending in NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD, represented by the 22nd ending slot in the Main Menu and GAME OVER screens. An achievement of the same name is unlocked upon experiencing the ending. It is one of three new endings added in the first Windose Major Title Update, celebrating the Switch release of this game.[1]
Requirement
- The player needs to complete all of the Netlore streams.
- Next, during the Day, the player needs to overdose on any medication. This action will make them proceed to the Night.
- During the Night, the player must click on Go Out, then click on Galactic Rail to proceed to this ending.

After clicking on the Galactic Rail location, the Go Out sequence plays with a different train and a shooting star in the night sky. KAngel starts a stream entitled "True Happiness" on the train in space, where she admires all the beautiful things she sees and talks about her struggles on the internet. She then says that the train terminates here, and the "The End" tab pops up saying, "I'm a real angel now."

- This is one of the three endings to be added to the first Windose major title update, with the two others being
Internet Runaway Angel: Be Invoked and
DARK ANGEL.
- Some aspects of this ending may be referencing the Leiji Matsumoto series Galaxy Express 999.
- The train seen in this ending is an old steam engine, similar to the train featured in the series.
- The flavor text could be a reference to the 1998 film Galaxy Express 999: Eternal Fantasy, which features a song titled Brave Love.
- Through these works, this ending also references Night on the Galactic Railroad, a classic Japanese fantasy novel by Kenji Miyazawa.
- The achievement icon shows outer space.
