Plot
The manga, like the game, focuses on Ame's journey to reach 1 million subscribers within one month. The story initially diverges from the game by introducing P-chan as an in-story deuteragonist.
Characters
Ame/K-Angel
Ame-chan, otherwise known as OMGkawaiiAngel-chan or KAngel, is the main character of NGO: Run With My Sick. She is an aspiring streamer with the goal of becoming the #1 "Internet Angel" within the following month.
P-chan
Following a scandal at his previous idol production company, an unnamed businessman forms a verbal contract with Ame promising to help her grow her subscriber count to 1 million by the end of the month to regain his reputation.
Noa Amano
An adoring fan of K-Angel that befriends Ame and desires to become the person she idolizes.
Trivia
- P-chan makes a true, physical appearance in this manga, where they are depicted as a male businessman wearing glasses and a tuxedo. This contradicts the ambiguity of P-chan's appearance in the game.
- However, since this manga was not written by Nyalra but happened to be produced by WSS playground anyway, it is consider non-canon or alternate canon at best.
