Fallen Angel
Fallen Angel is an ending in NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD, represented by the 9th ending slot in the Main Menu and GAME OVER screens. An achievement of the same name is unlocked upon experiencing the ending.
Requirement
To achieve this ending, the player must perform Sexy Stream 5: "I'll be in something that starts with P and ends with O!".

The Sexy Stream series of streams has Ame pandering to her audience with sexual innuendos and stunts. Though these streams weigh heavily on Ame's mind, causing her intense discomfort and stress, she acknowledges their popularity, wondering if these streams could be her shortcut to success. This culminates in her fifth and final stream, which the player is never allowed to actually witness. Instead, the player sees an extremely explicit twit made by KAngel's public Tweeter account, advertising a uniquely risque stream of hers, encouraging her fans to view it before she gets banned. The nature of the stream, as well as KAngel's twit, implies that she has inevitably been banned and lost her streaming career.

Trivia
- The ending description is a reference to the electronic dance song Fly Away from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt's.
- The ending title is also the name of the show's ending theme.
- The ending title in the Japanese version (and other languages) is called "Angel fall down".
- This is the only special event to update the follower count, as it boosts Ame's followers by 50000 shortly before the ending popup appears.
- There is also a unique "Wow!" sound effect that happens when the player gains followers, particularly after Ame's public tweet about her final sexy stream.
- The achievement icon represents "fallen angel" written in Japanese kanji.
- The word in the supposed title of the stream, "I'll be in something that starts with P and ends with O!", is likely to be "porno."
